We had a long day of traveling and so I made our reservation online. We arrived early evening. The staff is wonderful. I asked about local pizza shops that delivered and the gentleman kindly gave me several names of ones that were near by. Our room was very clean, comfortable bed, free of noise. Breakfast fine and hot water for my to go tea was hot! We want to thank the gentlemen for assisting, as my husband could not find his wallet after taking our luggage out to our vehicle. They rechecked our room thoroughly and outside too. As it turned out it was in his lower leg pants pocket! Thank you very much. We do appreciate your help and kindness.

I came to stay at this hotel to visit some friends from out of town and catch up. While I was there, my car was hit over night in the parking lot by a dumb drunk driver. But thankfully the hotel staff was so helpful.. i was devastated to wake up to the police informing me my car was hit. But the hotel manager was amazing. He reviewed the footage and is going to be providing it to the police to help me with this whole process. The hotel manager was out of town when this all happened, but he made it his priority to contact me right away when he got back in the morning. The breakfast was amazing, my daughter really enjoyed the quality of the breakfast. The older gentleman who works at the front desk was very nice, he saw how upset I was when I found out about my car being hit and he came over to provide comfort and offered me a coffee. I really have an overall good experience and if I come back to Austin, I will certainly be staying here.

I felt so welcomed by the staff when I arrived and was able to visit with them a few times during my stay and I truly enjoyed our conversations. The hotel is very nice and the location is perfect. Breakfast was generous and satisfying and I especially loved the coffee. I stayed for several days and was very much “at home “ which made me comfortable and happy.

Clean, mostly quiet, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Bed was comfortable, shower water flow was OK. Breakfast wsd good not great. Housekeeping was good.

The breakfast was not that good, but everything else was nice.
